I moved here. I stayed here.
Now I'll help you get here.
Most agents know the market. I know what it's like to move your family, start over, and build something meaningful in a new place — because I did it. Real estate has always been in my blood. My dad is still an active agent in California, and as kids we worked on our family's rentals alongside him — painted, fixed, remodeled. When deals went well we celebrated. When they didn't, we sat around the table and figured out why — because there was always something to learn from every transaction. That's how my parents taught us about finance, ownership, and resilience. It's the foundation I bring to every client I work with.
Spencer and I relocated to Traverse City in 2020, bought land on Old Mission Peninsula, and spent two years building our custom waterfront home from the ground up. Three kids, a lot of decisions, and no local network to lean on. I learned this market as a client before I ever became an agent.
I practiced as a concierge pediatrician here in TC before making the transition to real estate. Medicine taught me to listen first, understand the full picture, and never rush a decision that affects someone's life. That's exactly how I approach every transaction.
I got into real estate to help families, physicians, and investors find what we found — a life designed with intention, in a place that earns it every single day.

Three areas I know from the inside out.
Waterfront & Water Access
Bay frontage, lakefront, water-view, and water-access properties across Old Mission Peninsula, Leelanau, and Grand Traverse Bay. Not all waterfront is the same — frontage width, bottom quality, exposure, and depth all matter, and I know the difference.
Custom Builds & New Construction
I built a custom waterfront home on Old Mission Peninsula. I know the process, the builders, the decisions you'll face, and the questions to ask before you break ground. I've been on the client side of this — and it shows.
Short-Term Rental Investment
I own and operate a short-term rental in Traverse City. I understand the numbers, the STR tax strategy, township zoning rules, and what makes a property actually perform — not just look good on paper.
A few things that keep me grounded here.
I have always loved entrepreneurship and marketing. Not only did I start my own direct primary care practice, but my husband and I co-own Aevitas Medical, a concierge longevity medicine practice that we continue to help grow. Outside of real estate, I serve on the Old Mission Peninsula Education Foundation board, own and operate a short-term rental in Traverse City, and run a YouTube channel about life and real estate up north. Spencer and I are raising our three kids here — this is home, not just a market.
OMPEF
Board member of the Old Mission Peninsula Education Foundation, supporting the school and community our kids are part of.
STR Owner
I own and operate a short-term rental in Traverse City — a property I manage personally and genuinely enjoy.
Traverse Lifestyle
A YouTube channel about living, buying, and investing in Northern Michigan — told through honest conversations with people who know this place.
Aevitas Medical
Co-owner of a concierge medical practice in Traverse City — staying connected to the physician community I came from.
